The building is surrounded by well-cared gardens and two heated swimming pools, one for adults and one for children. The adult swimming pool is adapted for easy access for elderly people. The gardens have the deck chairs and sunshades needed for complete relaxation, which are free of charge.
There's also a communal TV antenna, which picks up all the free Spanish, German, Dutch and English channels.
