The three-story building houses 30 apartments, with communal gardens and swimming pools.

Each apartment has a separate bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen with dining area, full bathroom and furnished terrace. It also comes equipped with a radio, satellite TV, direct phone and safe deposit box.

The building

The building is divided into 30 apartments, distributed along three stories. The apartments on the 3rd and 4th floors have views to the sea. Each apartment accommodates 3.

Your apartment

Each apartment has an approximate surface area of 50 m² (some 540 square feet). There is a separate bedroom with two single beds and direct phone. The bathroom is fully equipped. The living-room and its dining area, as well as the terrace, are suitably furnished.

The TV set is connected to satellite channels in English, Dutch, Spanish and German, all completely free.

In the living room, you'll also find a safe deposit box, a sofa bed and a kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen is furnished with all convenient items, including an oven, electric coffee machine, electric juice extractor, toaster, etc.
